I booked a two way ticket from ranchi to bengaluru departing on 25th jan 2020 and returning on 4th february 2020. My first ticket, that is on 25th jan 2020 is not confirmed but the money got deducted. Here are the details of the booking. Please provide a solution as soon as possible. As we have checked you have already made a booking with us in October by busing Paypal with the same number and same email id so that why the cashback is not possible for the 2nd transaction as this offer is valid on the very first booking on EaseMyTrip via paypal's first ever transaction.
