Easy Cab — Drivers behaviour | |||||
I had complained against the driver's abusive language, easy cab customer care called me and as a action they made me speak to the driver over a conference call and driver said he never abuse in fact he saud ( customer bhagwan saman hota he) and he had abused saying (Teri maa ka bosda phone rang sali) later they informed me they had suspended driver for a week and they goin to keep a watch on driver's behavior and I know he is going to behave the same. On asking them to send me a letter of apology and drivers suspension letter Ms. Singh from customer care said mam I shall e-mail you right away but it's been a day I haven't got any reply from them. This is how easy cab treat their complaints by liying to their guest. Absolutely devasted with the driver's behavior and the way complaint was handled.
