Easy Cab — No cab logo, no driver licence or I'd proof, meter not working

I booked the cab from Mumbai domestic airport to dadar. I did not receive any SMS or cab details on my phone. A driver called me and said his cab no. 8980 and he will reach soon. After I boarded the cab I noticed there was no Easy Cab logo on or in the car, the meter was not working, I asked the driver about it he said car was given for servicing. By now we were headed tads. Dadar. I asked him for his ID that he is registered with EASY cab. He did not have it. I asked him for his driving licence . He said it is gone for renewal. I called EAsy CAB on 43434343 and put a complaint. I had half a mind of taking th cab directly to police station. After reaching dadar he told me the bill is 387 which is usually 250 rs. All this when the meter was not working. So I again called the easy cab complaint. The complaint is not yet attended to. Also after complaining EASY cab sent me the drivers no. And cab no. The cab no. Was same 8980 but the drivers phone no was different. This is extremely risky. Thank god nothing untoward happened.
