Dear Sir, On 20th May'2015, I have used car. I have travelled from Geeta colony to new Delhi Railway station. I was travelling with my 1 year kids. There was a bad foil smell in car. Due to this smell my child got vomiting. We asked driver to stop the car. He did not stopped car immediately. In the meantime, the child keep vomiting, although we have used some newspaper but still, the car seats get spoiled, we cleaned the car with water and driver asked to cleaned it properly. We cleaned the car seats and then it was all fine. After reaching at new Delhi Railways station. There was a traffic jam, so driver raise horn and suddenly hit the car with car in front and started abusing the driver of other car. There were ladies all around and I was also with my family going for holiday so I requested to keep calm. But he was just fighting and abusing. In mean time we reach destination. Driver give us bill and we tendered Rs. 500 against a bill of Rs. 356. The Drivers overcharged and did not return the change saying he has to get the seat dry-cleaned. Since I was with family and we have to catch the train, we left that place without further argument with the driver. We think it was wrong on part of driver to overcharge, hitting the car and abusing with other driver in front of Ladies. Please take appropriate action and inform me results.
