Easy Cabs — Extorting fares above the prescribed limits. | |||
I have made above booking on the Net for a cab to be dropped at Sec' bad railway station from Narayanguda at 1930 Hrs on 24th May'15. A cab AP28VA0257 with Chaufffeur's Cell No:[protected] is allotted to me at 1850 Hrs on 24th. The Chauffeeur was demaning a min fare of Rs 350 for the trip and has disagreed to give a bill on request. I made 7 calls fm 1858 to 1956 owing to the urgency to the call centre. Each time the call was routed to a different person and each one was replying incoherently. One guy responds that driver will call. The driver has deliberately switched off the cell at the critical time. One Guy responds that concerned dept would call me in 5 ', I do not know which dept he is referring to. Nobody responds. Finally I have to make the arrangements on my own. I am a global traveller and this kind of experience was never faced. At 1943 finally a SMS is sent that I was not contactable which is not true and was only to safe guard your interests. Pls do business genuinely. A business does not flourish by Exploiting the innocence of the people but flourish only on values & principles. Your web site never mentions the min tarrif in the website. Also recently the easy cab booking facility on the Platform 1 side demands Rs 400 as the min fare and the Platform 10 side demands a min fare of 350 at Sec'bad. When I referrred to the executive, he was helpless and was looking at the driver. Your playing to the mischievous drivers games rather than protecting the customer's rights.
