[Resolved] Easy Cabs — Non arrival of cab | |||
I booked my cab for 4th oct 5:15 am. I was having train from New Delhi railway station at 6. The cab did not come. I called the driver continuously and he did not take my call. I lodged complain same day. And what they offered me in return was a simple apology. They are very good at charging waiting time if I exceed time for even a minute that time they don't not accept any apology. When I am calling the complain desk that girl she is avoiding my call by saying since I am not audible so she is disconnecting the call.this is the technique she is using. I had to suffer so much loss and they are offering a simple apology PlZ avoid this cab as much as you can Was this information helpful? | |||
