I had booked a cab from my residence to the Bangalore city railway station on30.4.2015. The booking was done online on 29/4/2015. the booking was confirmed. On 30.4.15 I received the details of the driver and the vehicle number at 3.49. the driver gave me two rings and cut the line. I immediately called him can gave him the booking confirmation number / the driver immediately said that the booking has been cancelled and he has been allotted a different job. . This irresponsible behaviour made us to cancelled our journey as no alternate source of transport could be found immediately as it a day when other transporters had called for a strike. This was my first booking with EASY CABS and it has been very disappointing .
