Easy Cabs — Taxi didn't turn up on time, TRAIN MISSED

I had a really bad experience with Easy Cabs, I will rename it as Crazy Cabs. I had to travel to New Delhi from Bangalore with my 4 year old son in Rajdhani Express at 8:20PM. I called up the radio taxi so called "Easy Cabs"and gave the request to start from my home (21 Km away from railway station) by 6:45 PM. All confirmations were made and they ensured that I have received the driver's number half an hour before the start time. "Your booking ID for date Dec 25 2014 6:45PM is A[protected]." Car Number: KA 01D 6146 Chauffeur Name: SHIVA RAJU K S Chauffeur Mobile No: [protected] As I didn't get any calls from the driver, I called him at 6:40PM and the response I got that he is 8KM away from my pick up point and it will take at least half an hour to reach the pick up point. I shouted at him and cancelled the taxi service. 5 min later I got a call from the call center and asked the reason why the taxi was cancelled and I explained the whole story and they even didn't speak a word and the call got disconnected. Immediately another mail came into my inbox. "As requested, Your booking ID A[protected] for date Dec 25 2014 6:45PM has been cancelled. Looking forward to serve you again." This is really ridiculous. Taxi's are not trust worthy these days. Finally I had to call may taxi's and no one was available, later I had to take the bus to City station carrying all my luggage. I finally missed the train by 5 minutes. I had to book a flight at the last moment for the next day. Cannot cancel the 3K train ticket and booked 13K flight ticket. So for a New Delhi trip, it is 16K in total DONT EVER TRUST THE DRIVERS WITH THE CABS.ALWAYS DOUBLE CONFIRM IT
