My recharge failed on jio no. [protected] on 10th april still my money is not transfered back into my account. As per ur rule money will be transferred from 2-12 working days but today is the 22 dayz please transfer my 303 rs back into my account as soon as possible. There is no customer care number available anywhere. Plz look into the matter as i hv already sent many mails bt there z no response Was this information helpful? | |||

Iam used vodafone postpaid sim last month bill is 325 rs/-, i am pay the amount, but not deduction in my bill, but amount deduction in my account.Thank U

On 10.07.2017 I recharhed my bsnl mobile [protected] for 222 talktime but money deducted the recharge is failed. Please look into it its my second time. In first time itself the amount is not refunded so please look into it. Order id 90947098
