[Resolved] Ebay.in — fake sale & non refund of 100% payment collected in advance. | |||
Hi, this is kr kumar, i would like to register a complaint here against a e-bay & paisapay join-scandal. I am a registered buyer with e-bay and enabling online purchases, as per their promotional mails sent to my registered mail id. Between 15 - 20/11/17 there was an item ' sony m2- used mobile"available for sale as per the e-bay intimation and placed order on 23/11/17 for the same. As part of the order process e-bay promoted special discount for 100% advance payment paid through paisapay mode, i opted the same to avail the special discount provided by the e-bay. The order placed with 100% advance payment paid to a seller" rocking deals". The scheduled delivery of the item intimated 5-7 days from the order placed date. Typically e-bay confirmed the order by paisapay id [protected] (While the entire product campaign tell the order facilitated by e-bay). While i was waiting for the delivery of the item, on 27/11/17 e-bay intimated that the seller cancelled the order from his end and e-bay is on the verge of approving the ' refund" of the amount paid my me to my credit card a/c (The actual source of payment). While, the entire epic - from the very fake sale offer to false refund - is a shock to me, their monopolistic way of cornering the buyer to definite trap is further an evidance. Both the seller and e-bay, unilaterally decided to cancel the order - after the schuduled delivery date of goods ordered - without the concern of the buyer who paid 100% money in advance. Even after my strong objection, e-bay mutually accepted the cancellation and approved the refund on 30/11/17 and passed the entire responsibility into "paisapay". Since, 30/11/17, i am chasing my refund money with these agencies, till date (13/12/17 -18.30 hrs) my refund money is neither intimated nor credited in my account. On the other hand, ' my paisapay' account portal is empty without any specific information on this issue (Which suppose to reflect all transactions in paisapay account and facilitate a statement on demand). On reminders, e-bay is reporting that they are "escalating the issue" with paisapay. Whereas, is not available for any responses - they keep our phone waiting for hours and even disconnect without any reply. From the above, it is eventual that the entire event is a pre-planned scandal, planted by e-bay and their network partners. Starting from the sellers fake sale offer - entrap the buyers - unilateral cancellation without supplying the goods - forcing the false refund without buyer's interest - swindle the refund money to their specific aim. My this stand have been further confirmed,, by seeing many victims like me have already registered with your complaint forum. On behalf of all o[censored]s, the victims of ebay - paisapay scam - i request you to bring the truths to the relevant authorities and arrange to return our hard earned money from these defaulters and to stop further scandals - save the common man from e-bay or paisapay.
