Dear sir, Your company pick person (Surat branch) pick up return material on dt.19.08.2014 purchase from trend in. No receipt or tracking number provide by your collecting person even ask for that. Till today return material not received by Trend in. i placed the order from paytm on 12 and the paytm they dispatched on 16th of november and maximum delievery date to be delievered to my address was 21ST of november, but still i don't know where the item and very bad service from paytm and both Ecom express and the ecom AWB no. is[protected] and[protected]

hi, my waybill no. is[protected] and its was promised to deliver the product to me by today but they failed and not a single update on there website. i strickly want people not to take this company as shipment. regards ankit35%
