Dear sir,
I ordered and item 21st dec 2018, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 30th dec 2018. Jan 1st 2019 on words i call ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs.
Today i called (11/01/2019) at the time the customer care guy give me same commitment.
Then now status shows that shipment rto locked revoked.
I need my ordered product.

I ordered some products meesho online like 1 week back. When I tracked the order on their website the shipment had reached my hometown but now it says that it is under shipment rto lock in Bengaluru. I never received any calls and now I doubt I will ever receive my order.

I ordered and item from smytten om 11 aug 2021, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 12 aug 2021. Delivery date was given as 19 aug 2021 . From 24aug 2021, on words i call ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs.
Today i called (25/08/2021) at the time the customer care guy give me same commitment.
Then now status shows that shipment rto locked .
I need my ordered product.
Please guide me that what i want to do to get my product.

Please smytten tell some ideas to get back my order.
I ordered a product but i had to return it due to some reason. But, it has been 3 days and there is no update other than "Shipment RTO lock". please inform when the product will reach its origin and what does "shipment RTO lock" means?

Hi Ecom Express Team,

This is regarding AWB No: [protected]

This parcel was supposed to be delivered on 14th October, but due to a digit issue in the mobile number mentioned the delivery boy did not hand over the product to me, though the address was same. I contacted the person who shipped the product and they confirmed that my concern was forwarded to you guys and the Ecom Express team is working on it. Ecom team will reattempt the delivery soon.

I tried reaching your team, BUT you guys neither pick the call nor are bothered to respond to email. Today, 14 days have passed this issue and the product has not yet been delivered to me. Now the status is showing 'Shipment RTO Lock' and 'Shipment RTO Lock Revoked'. Can you get my product delivered to me ASAP.
