Ref to tracking ID LUAP[protected], regarding the delivery of above item the following is the last tracking data
1.Friday, August 21, 2026 01:33 PM HYDERABAD Out For Delivery
Further received the following whatsapp msg on Aug 21st evening at 18:30 in my registered phone number [protected]
!. Stay available-Order arriving today reaching doorstep by 11:00 pm today
2. Tracking ID: LUAP[protected]
3, Contact delivery executive Number: [protected] PIN 178 ( No answer at all after 20 attempts)
4. Share OTP while collecting order
Till 2030 hrs there was no calls from delivery executive.
I tried to call te number from 1700 hrs for about 10 times (all calls recorded) but there was no response .
However at 08:55 pm, my EKART tracking msg was updated as follows:
Friday, August 21, 2026 08:55 PM HYDERABAD Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to:[protected]
I was at home the whole day awaiting delivery executive phone call which never came up
It is really frustrating to the customer to be treated like this by EKart this way
Kindly ensure that the item is positively delivered as per promise, without any further excuse.
