Complaint Description:
I had ordered a U.S. Polo Assn. Pure Cotton shirt from Myntra, which is being shipped through Ekart Logistics (Tracking ID: MYSC[protected]).
However, on [date], I received a message from CP-EKARTL-S stating that a parcel with Tracking ID SPYC[protected] (Merchant: Shipway) would be delivered to me.
When I received and opened that package, I found an old used saree inside instead of my ordered product. Upon checking Myntra’s app, my original order still shows “In Transit / Yet to be Delivered.”
This indicates that:
The wrong parcel (not belonging to me) was delivered under my name.
There is a mismatch between the genuine Myntra shipment and the delivered parcel.
I may have been a victim of a delivery mix-up or fraudulent transaction.
I have retained all evidence, including:
SMS notifications from Ekart (showing both tracking IDs)
Photos and video proof of the package and the wrong item received
Myntra order tracking screenshots.
Relief Sought:
Immediate investigation into the fraudulent delivery.
Replacement or refund for the original U.S. Polo Assn. shirt order.
Clarification from Myntra and Ekart Logistics regarding the mismatch of tracking IDs.
Action against any fraudulent delivery or misuse of consumer data.
