Ekart Logistics — Delivery agent picked up the parcel n didn't updatd as collected

On 23/Dec/2025 night at 9.06 pm eKart delivery guy came (agent no - [protected]) and collected Airtel router. But he didnt updated in thee system he has collected. He called some Sanjay named guy sent him photo. I asked him why he came so late night. He replied we work till 11pm.
Today again one more person came for pick up of the Airtel router.
Could you please find who is that fraud agent. He was young must be in 30s fair boy.
