I have order product from Flipkart, after lockdown all services resumed still product not yet deliverred ... No anyone helping me to update address ... Nither Ekart office available nor any contact number... Flipkart customer executive also not able to provide any contact point. They are saying that we don't have any update of courier parteners. I am suffering a lot because of delivery not received on time... Please help me to get my delivery of prodiuct done on high priority... Otherwise I'd more dealay happened I need compansation against loss of my many days wasted to to product not delivered.
if any problem in address you just give me a call I will receive delivery from your place. But no one is ready to respond ... Every time promise date getting updated with future date... and on promised date nothing getting happened. Same thing happens 3-4 time.
Please help me out to get out of this problem.
