Ekart Logistics — Delivery OTP issue........

My tracking id's are WSPP[protected] and WSPP[protected].

My mobile number is correct for both the orders.
Today my 2 shipments are out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

My shipment is from pickrr (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

You do not have any customer support also to get it solved.

This issue is faced by many people today. It is not only with me.

Please check this and provide me with my delivery OTP immediately, so that I can take my orders. Delivery boy is in contact with me.

Im facing the same issue and it is so inconvinient. My shipment is also a non Flipkart order and there is no customer support in case that I didnt get the OTP.
Please provide me with my OTP so that I can get my order.

Did u receive your order. I am facing similar issue.
I am facing the same issue. Delivery person reached the location but I did not receive the OTP.
The shipment is from pickrr.

Please solve your issue latest by Tomorrow. I should receive the OTP and product tomorrow.

I am unable to receive otp from ekart side on my myntra order

The delivery personnel has tried multiple times.The registered number[protected] is already active and also has received previous sms from ekart but not received the otp for this order otp despite multiple tries.

Please help on this other wise the order will get cancelled.
