Refund Requested for One Undelivered Dress

I ordered two units of Tckty Women Maxi Red Full Length Dress, but I received only one dress.

However, I paid the delivery person for two dresses at the time of delivery. I am requesting a refund for the one dress that was not delivered.

I am unable to understand how two dresses can have the same order ID. Also, the delivery person came on Saturday, which was a holiday for our office. Since then, I have been trying to contact him, but he is not answering my calls.

Kindly look into this issue urgently and refund the amount for the undelivered dress at the earliest.
