​I am writing to formally complain about the service provided by the delivery executive assigned to my order (Order ID: MYSP[protected]) on[protected].
​The delivery person reached the vicinity of my location at approximately 2 PM. However, instead of delivering the package to my registered address, the executive insisted that I leave my home and meet them at a different location to collect the parcel.
​Despite the delivery address being clearly mentioned and accessible, the executive refused to complete the doorstep delivery. This behavior is unprofessional and contradicts the standard service protocol I expect from Ekart.

​The delivery executive is held accountable for this lapse in service.
​My package is delivered directly to my doorstep as per the service agreement.
