I am writing to formally complain about the service provided by the delivery executive assigned to my order (Order ID: MYSP[protected]) on[protected].
The delivery person reached the vicinity of my location at approximately 2 PM. However, instead of delivering the package to my registered address, the executive insisted that I leave my home and meet them at a different location to collect the parcel.
Despite the delivery address being clearly mentioned and accessible, the executive refused to complete the doorstep delivery. This behavior is unprofessional and contradicts the standard service protocol I expect from Ekart.

The delivery executive is held accountable for this lapse in service.
My package is delivered directly to my doorstep as per the service agreement.
