Ekart Logistics — fraudulent delivery confirmation: order srsp[protected] - immediate investigation needed

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to file a formal and serious complaint regarding order number SRSP[protected]. My complaint concerns a potentially fraudulent interaction with the assigned delivery personnel, resulting in the non-delivery of my package.
On the date of delivery dec 13, 2025, I was unavailable to receive the parcel personally. I instructed the delivery agent to leave the package securely at my residence. He verbally agreed to this arrangement. Critically, he then proceeded to request and obtain the one-time password (OTP) from me, falsely confirming delivery while the package was never physically handed over or left at my address.
Upon my return home, I discovered that the item was missing. The agent's actions constitute a severe breach of trust and company protocol, as an OTP should only be provided upon the secure receipt of the goods. Sharing the OTP under these false pretenses is unacceptable and highly suspicious.
I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into the conduct of the delivery person involved. I expect my package to be located and delivered immediately, or a full refund issued without delay. This matter must be treated with the utmost urgency, and appropriate disciplinary action taken against the agent for their misleading and potentially dishonest actions.
