Ekart Logistics — Items were different than ordered

We have ordered 3 casual t-shirts and selected COD as payment type in a third party application . Ekart was the shipping and delivery for the third party application . I received the order today and paid 399 to [protected]@ybl and upon opening the packet items were completely different. I have received women's tops instead of men's t-shirts. I need your help to block the payment and credit back to my account. Please find the details below .
