Ekart Logistics — Non delivery of item from Flipkart thru Ekart

I made an order on Flipkart which was sent to me by Ekart vide AWB FMPP[protected]. As per tracking status it reached the nearest hub on 20 Jan 26 early morning. On 21 Jan 26 I got the OTP for open box delivery but it was not delivered saying the delivery was rescheduled to 22 Jan 26 at my request. I didn't ask for any rescheduling. Again the same thing happened on 22 Jan 26 and today 23 Jan 26 when I have not asked for any rescheduling. I got OTP for open delivery on 21st and 23rd Jan 26. When I tried calling the delivery agent by clicking call the delivery agent from Flipkart multiple times I couldn't get them even once. I got the reply "the called number is busy. There is no other way to contact Ekart. Calls to Flipkart were answered and they promised that item will be delivered in the next 24 hours on all these days. This is totally unprofessional.
