I placed an order for a Zeel raincoat through the official Zeel website (Order ID: 215798, Logistics Order ID: ILSP[protected]). I received a call from a delivery person who asked for an OTP before delivering the item. Since I had not received the product, I did not provide the OTP. The delivery person then informed me that the item was cancelled due to this.
However, upon tracking the order, the status showed that it was scheduled for delivery the next day, but it was never delivered. I followed up with the same delivery person, and he again stated that since I didn’t provide the OTP, the product was not delivered and has now been cancelled.
As per my understanding, the OTP should be provided only after receiving the item. It is unethical for the courier personnel to demand an OTP beforehand and cancel the delivery otherwise. I even visited their Rajajinagar yard to follow up, but the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received my order.
I request immediate action regarding the non-delivery of my product and a proper resolution. Was this information helpful? |
