[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Not picking up my return product

I have bought a product from Flipkart
As soon as I recieved it, I feel quality issues with the product .
I immediately placed return request on the same day.
On the pickup day the delivery executive himself cancel my return request without my consent.
This happened to me 3 times till date with same product.
Kindly help.

Call had been made by Flipkart not by ekart logistics.

I have bought a product from Flipkart delivered on 19th April 2023. The delivered item has completely broken and opted to return the product and immediately placed return request on the same day. Everyday getting the message that return pickup has scheduled and evening getting the message that re-scheduled to next day. this practice is going on last 20 days. current tracking Id: FMPRO[protected]. On the pickup day the delivery executive himself cancel my return request without my consent.
This happened to me 3 times till date with same product.
Kindly help.
