Ekart Logistics — Ordered items from flipkart

I had ordered multiple products from Flipkart and the delivery was through ekart Pathanamthitta, kerala. I had contacted Flipkart multiple time as the courier service was rescheduling the delivery to the next days from 26th of July 2021 to 2nd of August 2021. Finally the order was showing as cancelled on 2nd August and it's showing amount will be refounded . If the courier service company can't deliver the product to the delivery location then why ekart is taking/agreeing for the delivery.
Please take action against ekart Pathanamthitta, kerala as I was waiting for the ordered products from last few weeks .
