I boked a parcel in shiprocket in feb 19 but the parcel reached our nearest hub and the hub manager said that there is no receiving update on our software and that went to rto
But rto address also me only but there no update and delivery to my address if there is no response from ekart
I will raise a complaint on nation cumsumer forum and online legal india i will get my compensation (Awb - msrp[protected])...

I've delivery regarding complaint. on 18th march I got call from delivery boy & whole day i'm waiting for my order but the deliivery is not come, and currently is 21th march & i still did not get any form ekart whenever is to be delivered. please deliver the order as soon as possibe

On February 24, 2025, I placed an order for a pedestal fan from Flipkart, and on March 1, 2025, the item arrived at the closest EKART hub.
and the merchandise is not being delivered to my house by the Ekart crew.

They frequently contact and change the dates without my consent; my tracking ID is FMPC [protected]....

Without any reason he cancelled my order and I went to office for verification he came for beating. It's like rowdyism going on there.

In next step I will tweet in twitter with tagging all Flipkart management if you guys not responding.

Today date 12/02/2024 my parcel is out for delivery of tracking id - FMBC[protected]. delivery boy comes at my home by 07:33pm and deliver the order and collect cash amount Rs-799/-. But delivery boy updates this order by order rejected instead of order delivered. I have received the order with 2 numbers of wooden piece. my order is missing in this package.

Additionally, if the delivery agent calls me, it shows that I am not available. It seems that my number might be blocked by Ekart. I got a delivery from ekart delivery person, which I ordered from flipkart. I ordered a lehnga from flipkart on 29th January 2025, I got a message of cancelation of order on 30th January 2025 and get a refund on same day.
