I boked a parcel in shiprocket in feb 19 but the parcel reached our nearest hub and the hub manager said that there is no receiving update on our software and that went to rto
But rto address also me only but there no update and delivery to my address if there is no response from ekart

It is a matter of grievance and utmost shame as well for being scammed by the renowned Ekart Logistics team and services.
I have received an order of a product (Bee Venom Joint Pain Relief) worth Rs 500. Whereas this product has not been ordered by me through any app or online website. It was attempted to deliver today (18 Dec, 2024) by ekart logistics personnel, the packaging was done very nicely. I asked for an open box...

I placed an order through Toyloft, but the shipment process has been extremely disappointing. The status of my shipment was stuck at "Pickup Exception" from December 13th, 2024, without any updates. Today, on December 15th, 2024, I noticed the status changed to "Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT", indicating a return-to-origin action.

Dear team,

I've been receiving an unordered parcel which is COD in nature and the delivery partner is asking for payment. Once I deny the order in person, I'm getting rejection message and codes from Ekart and constant calls from the delivery person. Product is not delivered to me but got delivery notification message.
I got call from wish master for delivery but he denied to deliver at door step and he asked me to take from far location.
After that i got delivery notification message on my number. but product did not handover to me. I don't know without handover the product how delivery agent update the status as delivered. there was not option as OTP based delivery. so...

I am facing very poor service regarding my delivery of the product.

First it was mentioned it will get delivered by tomorrow 11pm when i ordered on 5th October.
Then it got updated to 11 October
Then it got updated to 13 October.
And now its 14 Oct, its updated now as 18 October....

My mother ordered a Kurta set on Flipkart 11/02/12. Deliver a parcel 14/02/12 my mother received the parcel and paid 799. when opening the parcel she shows the wrong product delivery. the product was third class. They don't have any company logo or tag. She didn't understand it was a fraud parcel because 'Name, phone number, address and also the same price.
