Ekart Logistics — Shipment not deliverd after otp

Dear sir,

The following shipment was about to deliver yesterday and delivery person called me last evening i was logged out from office and i asked him to hand over to security person but this delivery guy asked me OTP i gave him OTP and same time security person was in 3rd floor till the security person came down this person escaped .

Pls help me to deliver this product. I have CCTV Footage also nobody came nearby office door at the time when delivery person called me .
