Ekart Logistics — They are unable to send OTP on an international number

I have requested my NRI account cheque book from ICICI bank and they opted to deliver it via Ekart logistics. On the attempt of delivery, an OTP was required but they are unable to send an OTP on international number. Give, it is an NRI account it is obvious that I am not having an Indian number so either EKART should have this service where OTP can be sent to an international number or should not take the job
