My parcel reached the destination hub on 22 may which was earlier to the scheduled delivery date, i was expecting it to get delivered the next day, but from 22 may it is sitting on the same place not being marked as out for delivery, the estimated delivery date is only changing from 25 may to 28 may now 31 may.

Today delivery person called me for receiving the item, soon I came down from 2nd floor but to my surprise he left the place, called him many times but he did not take the call. Tracking shows item delivered. Please note my order id 272907 order date 26.05.2025.

Hi, I had ordered some Medicines from Tata 1mg and they delivered them through Ekart logistics. The delivery agent called up to ask the OTP which I shared with him assuming that he must have had arrived at my doorstep. But, later when I came back home and asked for the parcel, it was nowhere. Nobody at the given location had recieved anything. Even they told that No delivery boy had come at that address so far. Those medicines are very important and needed urgently. This order had Already took almost 1 week to get delivered, now I m not in the state to wait for more, moreover unfortunately those Medicines are not available in local medical stores. Now the patient's fate is in Ekart's hands, Because I have tried many ways to trace the delivery agent who asked me for the OTP, but neither Tata 1mg nor Ekart logistics is sharing any contact details of that person so that I could ask him where and with whom he had dropped the parcel.

I received a packet today which was erroneously collected by my wife at home, thinking I would have ordered. Since, it was a COD delivery payment was made.

The Delivery agent called me at 5:27 pm on 21 May 2025 and he said, madam I am calling from Flipkart and I said yes please come the location, he said Okay and declined the call.

This update is incorrect and misleading. There was absolutely no delivery attempt made:

I did not receive a single call from the delivery executive.
There is no log of any delivery personnel attempting to enter my residential community (which is monitored via MyGate).

No one from Ekart visited my address on the said date and time.

This is a clear case of delivery personnel falsely updating the status, which is unacceptable. I urge you to take strict action against such behavior and ensure this does not happen again.

Please arrange an immediate and genuine delivery attempt and ensure the delivery agent contacts me before arriving.

Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Item delivered is old pant shirt but item ordered was three new shirts. You have not mentioned any address of krisandjohn.in on delivery receipt. In tracking also it is only showing delhi....

I received a call from your representative at 12:13 PM and arrived at the location by 12:25 PM. However, he was not present. When I contacted him again, he informed me to cancel the delivery as he did not have time to complete it. I waited for another 30 minutes, but he did not show up and continued to insist that I cancel the order....

I received the incorrect item from Ekart Logistics today, and it doesn't have a delivery address. For delivery, I paid Rs. 1000 in cash. I called the Ekart delivery lad again to retrieve the order after realising it was a scam, but he denied it right away. and the website where I placed the order has no information. They sent me the incorrect item without providing an address....
