my PF pending so long

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had been given the resignation since 11-mar-2003 from the post of field sales officer, and I have already submitted my PF withdrawal form three time to Mr P N KUTTI personal officer (HR) but till date neither i could receive my PF nor i got any acknowledgment from their side.
Sir/Madam I have work over there for approx. one year .
I have been talked to Mr P N KUTTI so many times phonically but they...

Refund not received

Sir,
I resigned from my job with Elder pharmaceuticals on 1st December-2008 after 21 years of service with the organisation to start my own business.I had applied for my PF refund on 1st Feburary through company but so far i have not received any acknowledgement of submission of my form nor any refund please take up the matter with Elder pharmaceuticals as the same is being delayed purposely by them
