Respected sir/mam,

I, surajit dey, epic no: ckx2665180 had been submitted form 8 dated 13.11.18 and my form reference id is onu[protected]. But, it has been seen that the application had been rejected dated 14.12.18.in track status tab, blo appointment date was 17.11.18, which has been updated during 8.12.18 in the website and also field verification was not been done. Application has been rejected on 14.12.18.
My earnest request to you to look in the matter. I deeply disheartened in this situation. Please help me in this connection.

Sir,
I am working in a reputed organisation in telangana state i got an election duty intimation order from deo medchal malkajgiri on 22/11/2018 and polling officers order appointment on 28/11/2018 saying that to attend the training on 01/12/2018. And i have attended the same on 01/12/2018 at jn polytechnic college uppal. After the training i have submitted form 12 b for postal ballot. I have not reached postal ballot till 5th and i have done my election duty without fail on 6th and 7th of december 2018 at zphs ramnathapur. One my collegue submitted form 12 b at jntu kukatpally he got the postal ballot, as i am attending it for the first time i have waited till 9th of december 2018 for postal ballot. No one properly guided during the training programme and at the distribution center even though i have approched them. I have also approched ghmc moosapet with election duty certificate on 10th of december 2018. They said if you get the postal ballot drop it otherwise we cant do anything. Due to negligence of ec people i am unable to caste my vote during elections 2018 in telangana state. If we wont serve the election duty we will get notices and we will be severly punished but you people wont be punished for your negligence. Just because of you people today i was unable to caste my vote. Who will be responsible for that? I need a justice for that. Not only me there are so many people who attended the election duty was unable to caste their vote just because of not sending the postal ballot to us. Before asking us to attend the election duty provide postal ballot and then ask us to come for election duty next time.

Regards to your august office. Wished to bring to your kind notice that in the 2018 vidhan sabha elections held in rajasthan on 7th dec 2018, at udaipur, the name of myself and my husband (Priti mathur shailendra mathur, 123, shyam vihar, kalka mata road) were not present in the voter list. We had very timely submitted our change of address along with all required documents/proof to the collector's office. Later we were called to collect our voter id cards which showed the old address. We approached the concerned office to register the mistake where we were told that let it be this time, it will be corrected in the next election. On 7 dec 2018 when we arrived to cast our vote our names were deleted from the previous address (University campus) and not included in the list of our area. Thus we were not allowed to cast our vote. Request you to take appropriate action in this regard.

Polling station no. 69, as per govt polling should start @ 7am but here in 69 polling station, @ govt upper primary school, ramnagar, staff is very irresponsible, they not even started elections although it's 8am, n saying emu problem for installation, if so they might have check yesterday r in morning it self, but they failed.

Kindly request u to take necessary actions..

I have applied form-06 for changing the vote constituency with reference id no - ofs[protected] on 19 february 2018.It is accepted on 06 august 2018.But still i don't receive my new voter id card at my home.My voter slip is also not updated, then what are corrections done.My contact no-[protected], and mail id is kr.[protected]@gmail.Com.Please do the needful

I would like to kind attention to that somebody has remove my name from voter list. So because of i am not able to voting in assembly election 2018 madhyapradesh. So i have been deprived of my right to vote.

In 2015 obtained a new voter id for current residence vide epic # wpk3183282 for rajendranagar, hyderabad constituency & informed for deletion voter id epic # swd4188505 of serilingampally, hyderabad constituency for previous residence. Eci deleted current residence voter id epic # wpk3183282 and retained the old. A new form 6 application was made vide application # ovc[protected] on 13/11/2018. Timeline committed is 10 days to approve as per page 12 of 13 of eci circular dtd 4/7/17

One of the political party is going to be organized meeting with ex cm at achanpally bodhan on 26/11/18. For that they are leveling the area of layout residential plots of tsrtc employees. They thrown all the boundary stones with tractors and proclainers without owners concent. Now it is impossible to know who’s plot is where and boundaries of the plots. Pl look into the matter and treat it as violation of code of conduct and cancel that meeting.

This is my first voting time where my name is not listed in voter list. I have my voter id card. After asking for the details and prospectives on the bases of which my name is r been emoved they didn't responded. Even it took 2 years for the creation of my voter id card. Pin 248001, recently there were elections on 18 nov 2018 for parshad and mayer seats. I am living here since 2012 in my own residence adressed above. When t along with 3 members of my family went to contest our vote we didn't have our names in the electoral list at ward no 2 chidowali. Which is a clear cut act of depriving us for our rights to vote. And in a democracy we the citizens of this country and also taxpayers and also working in the interest of this nation. I want to lodge a strong a complaint as to why our names were deleted or not included and who must be responsible for this mistake and negligence. If it continues i don't think we will ever be in a position to vote. I request to look into this matter and bring to the erring staff to book, those were deputed for this task. We are the resident of panchayat tarore falling under samba district j&k. We are applying for new voter enrollment with full formalities with time period 1. E 01.11.2018 to 15.11.2018 at bdo office bari brahmana. But they did not make our votes and take no response. We are helpless. We are requested to your good office please make our votes for casting in election.

I send this complaint in the behalf of some normal person of our city, we all are bother because of sound pollution created by every political parties. They advertise about there respected party in all over the city with huge sound and because of this we are unable to concentrate on our work and when we back to the our house in night then our mind is feel fully irritating because of this.
