[Resolved] Elica Kitchen Hood — Delay in installation | |||
Elica Kitchen hood Flat glass TC3V601150 and CTVectro 3B72 slim combined booked on 4/11/12 thru M/s Sampurna International Bhuvanagiri, Bangalore 43 on 04/11/2012 vide PO No. 1254. paid bills total Rs.20,000/= inclusive of installation hole drilling and aluninium pipe extra. The unit yet to be installed. Every time i called since then, they say the technician will reach in half an hour. This way I am inconvenienced to wait for the technicial endlessly for last few days Request they may take back the equipment if further delay is there to install. I am afraid of the services in future also if this is the time and followup required to get the item installed. !! Please take back the unit and pay me back the money if it cannot be installed today also. harindranathan Was this information helpful? | |||
