have purchased new microwave oven and called your helpline for demo and registration, it was dated 13th Nov with a demo number 10239828.
From that day I have been calling your HD and service centre team but there is no response. The call centre says we have forwarded this call to nearest service team while as service team denies this. I haven calling to many people including Ms. Abha on [protected]/76 , one service Manager having phone number [protected], however their phones kept raining without answer. I even sent many messages to them but no revert/action
This was my first product from IFB and I felt good when I bought the same, however this feeling could not long last due to service delivery failure . Now I feel pain & cheated to have taken IFB product.
So many days have passed, first of all it should have been addressed in auto mode , but disappointed to know that even after follow up you team did not turned up
Now since so many days have passed the craze of having new product have diminished , I do not need any demo, would request to let me know how can I return your product and how refund of my money would happen
Nevertheless, I shall update your feedback on consumer forum so that people are aware about the services rendered by your company
