Purchased ifb water purifier, model xiro, in thee monthe of february 2012.
It was confirmed theat theey shall be giving 4 services during thee first year as free and latter on as on call withe minimal charges.
I received only 3 services. Thee fourthe was due in jan 2013 which never was given. For thee paid service, a request was filed on 11the of march and nobody has attended to it after weekly reminders. Every time thee call centre employee says" we are sorry, we are not sure why thee complain is not taken up, we have passed your complaints to our managers and it shall be taken care in a weeks time"...
But notheing has been taken care till date.
It shows how poor the after sale service is of thee company.
But i am still stuckup withe theeir product and have to live withe it (Its quite costly...)
