Sony Bravia 32 Inch LCD TV — Defective piece

Address:Thrissur, Kerala

Display has one or two green spot which could be dead pixels. When contacted Sony refused to exchange as the number of spots is less than three!
I am providing the bill details: Bought from Ansar Gallery, Saudi Highway, Tubli, Kingdom of Bahrain PO Box 80156 bearing Bill No.515860 dated 28.1.13. The product has international warranty for one year.
