Sony / Earphone (Model No:dr Ex13Dpv) — not getting any information whether it is being replaced or repaired till 10 days

I bought new sony ear phone on 23rd sept 2012
and due to some mic problem I gave it to sony care on 25th sept 2012 and i was informed that within 2 days you will be informed whether your earphones are going to be replaced or being repaired.
but today is 5th octo 2012. And I still dont know whether replaced or repaired. I had called many times to sony care and also customer care but still no reply from their side.So I need your Help If possible Help me.
