[Resolved]  Sony Mp4 — no communication on product given for repair

Dear Sir,
I had given a Sony MP4 player for repairs on 31st January 2013 at the sony service centre A31 Mathura road New Delhi 110044. I was told I would be called in 24 hours to give me the estimate, to-date no one has called from Sony and no one receives calls at the service centre.
The centralized customer care no[protected] when contacted said that the information on the job sheet is incomplete and hence they were unable to track my status.
