[Resolved]  Elica — 3 burner cooktop

I purchased cooktop and chimney from elica this july so they are both under warranty. While using the cooktop the gas knob broke. So i registered a complaint but no action was taken so i registered again and told them that i’m worried that since the gas knob is broken and i don’t know if i the gas is on or off there are chances of gas leakage but again nobody visited my house even when i told them about gas leakage so i again made a complaint then finally after calling them again and again for the whole week their guy visited my house after fitting the knob he asked me for money and i told him that since cooktop is under warranty i do not have to pay him he gave me a vague explanation about what do or do not come under warranty. But i called customer service 5 times to register my complaint and told them everytime that my knob is broken and has to be changed and not even one of them told me that i will have to pay for the knob not even once. Companies like samsung, lg, sony, kohler always inform their customer about what does or does not comes under warranty. And elica’s customer service department is so rude, unprofessional and illiterate that they did not even listen to my complaint and cut my call. I called them 10 times and each time they picked up the call said hello and cut the call.
