I bought elica chimney kitty white on 17th april. I recieved the chimany on 28th april. I am struggling to get it installed. I must say that the service is pathetic. Despite several reminders, phone calls, the installation person came today but told that i have to drill a hole in the wall. The retailer had told me that he will help with the person at an additional cost. Unfortunately not installed till now. I would like to refund the chimney. In future i would encourage everyone to buy online from amazon. At least they are more reliable than the local retailers. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased a microwave less than a year now. When switched on starts warming up on its on. No switches are pressed. The motor comes on and the microwave starts heating up. Have complained so that your technician comes and repairs no one has turned up from the last 3 days.
