[Resolved] Elica — Damaged product delivered and worst technical support | |||
I have booked Elica chimney on[protected] from reliance digital visakhapatnam, delivered on[protected]. Technician came on[protected] after repeated calls from me. After unboxing he found the item is damaged and registered Complaint vide no 1405912 with Elica Customer care . I got a call from Elica technician on[protected] that my complaint has been closed since I have done self installation which is not true. So I have again logged a complaint on same date vide 1417568. The technician told that they will replace the damaged part but Till date neither product been replaced nor the damaged part being replaced. The technical support team is worst.
