[Resolved] Elica — delivered defective product and now asking for more money for repairing the same. | |||
We bought elica chimney on 23rd august 2017 from laxmi home appliances mg road pune (Authorised elica outlet), on repeated call request for installation on number provided by sales outlet the guy did not turn up for installation and kept bypassing same and once disconnected call done for installation. Hence we hired a professional for installation of the chimney on 26th aug 2017, however the chimney did not start up due to technical issue on approaching dealer for replacement of the said chimney i was told to contact service centre on the same day, which was done and the matter was told to be sorted in 24 hrs time by then representative khushboo at elica serv centre however failing to have received a reply we contacted service centre again to speak to mr suyog who promised us to resolve the issue however on failing to receive a call back we contacted centre again and asked to connect to senior in charge and then spoke to savio for almost half an hour on the issue who promised to connect a conference call with installation guy and disconnected call without formally ending conversation since then he is not courteous enough to call back either. Now no one is entertaining us as the agency is asking us to approach elica and elica is asking us to contact the place of purchase don't understand the area where we need to contact for the defective product to be replaced. This has been a very sour experience with a big brand like elica. We would like a complete replacement of product as a faulty product was delivered to us We expect a prompt reply from your end.
