Bought elica hob & hood on amazon / order # [protected] // delivery agent refused delivery to home saying its too heavy for him and sent both items back // amazon of course has refunded me the monies but now my whole kitchen work has been stalled due to the items not being delivered. How can the agent mark the item as being refused by customer on his own, and just send it back? Who's paying for the return charges - this delivery agent or elica?
