[Resolved]  Elica — Elica Stove (Model Hob Flexi Pro FB 3 B 75 MT DX)

I had purchased stove in nov 2019. Out of 3, 2 burners are already not working in span of 1.5 years..Some persons from disha service center (authorised service center of elica) had come 4 times and every time there engineers said different things and still the issue is not resolved..i am chasing them since 4 months now. Firstly I would like to specifically mention that this service center people are just fooling customer by charging more money for the product which is already under warranty. He had at first instance told me that burners are chargeable and i will have to pay INR 2600 instead of informing me that it is part of warranty. Thereafter, when vijay sales person told me specifically that it is under warranty of 5 years, I again approached him and had asked him to change the burner ...second time his engineer told me that both base also not working and it will cost you INR 3500. I had specifically asked him to give me the burners of my stove size which is under warranty and not bother himself about the base. Just because he realised he is not getting any charges in this, he closed the service request without intimating me. Pathetic experience with elica...I am cordinating since 4 months since my issue is not resolved. People beware of purchasing elica products. Its not worth at all.
