[Resolved] Elica — gas stove burner backfire | |||
I complaint about the backfire taken place on one of my burner. My daughter was lighting the stove at that time, flame came towards her, luckily she got survived. This was an incident. Immediately my wife called HP gas mechanic, he replaced all four burners, he charged 2160 rupees. I called three four times to customer care about this incident, the executive assured me call back all the time but till now no call came from company. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought elica chimney (kitty series ).but now the chimney lacks suction power and makes crackling sound.The chimney doesnt have suction power.
