Elica — improper installation and charging for the in warranty repair | |||
Hi I had purchased elica hob from vijay sales in april 2019 and installation was done in july 2019. After few days of installation the elica hob switches started heating automatically and all the remaining of food and oil cooked would go under the hob where the wires of the hob was there from hob edge glass of all 4 sides. So i complained in vijay sales and elica brand, their engineer visited after 5-6 days of 3-4 of complaints and charged us for cleaning the hob and said generator is to be replaced under warranty and silica is not installed which needs to be installed and he will come and replace/install it. But no one came for it for the next 4-5 days. Again i complained 3-4 times in vijay sales/elica brand. Then again new engineer visited and said generator is proper but silica needs to be installed and switches needs to be replaced which will be on chargeable basis. So i said its not my fault if installation is not done proper as elica engineer have installed the hob and switches heat is not my issue, this all should be covered under warranty as its been just 4 months i purchased and 2 months its been installed but the elica engineer was refusing to be under warranty and left. I again complained vijay sales and elica brand but still its been 4 days no one has visited and no proper response from vijay sales nor the elica brand.
