[Resolved] Elica — noise too high for deep silence chimney | |||
I have bought deep silence chinmey on 28-may 2018. The store person at bund garden, pune is a pure cheat. He just gave away the chinmey without any detailed demonstration and the product in store is really deep silence but when i installed at home the noise level is high... They are saying bcoz of 1200 suction power the noise level would be high. This is a case of cheating by elica company. After repetitive complaint i have still not got any solution.3-4 times the technician has visited and done his part still the issue of noise is not resolved yet. This is enough of your company.. Its almost been a month i have been regularly calling customer care for some help. I want the whole unit to be replaced with a good working mode. Please arrange for an immediate replacement of the product. The company is saying it is deep silence but noise level is huge. This is a case of cheating.
