I want to bring to your kind notice that from 2 weeks my daughter is receiving calls from emartsales.in dated from 12/03/2018 to 22/03/2018. They said that to my daughter that your phone number has been selected for third prize out of ten winners in a contest held in punjab on 31/03/2018. When my daughter asked them that from where u have received my phone number then they replied that they have taken the number from the e commerce sites like snap deal, amazon as we shopped from these sites, so your number has been selected at the third position in the punjab and we will give dell laptop as a prize 31/03/2018.

For this u have to fill the form on our website www.emartsales.in for registration and at the payment of rupees 1500/-.
My daughter filled the form and paid the registration fees. Next day they called again through there company employee name saumya and she said that you are declared as a first winner of the contest and u will give a maruti suzuki baleno car and for this u will have to pay 20, 000 rupees so that they can block position for first winner and u will be confirmed for the baleno car, they send the confirmed mail that i will attach with this mail and they said that when your verification for car will be fulfilled by the showroom owner, the amount will be refunded by them within 3 hours.

Next day they called again and they have said that all calls they are doing with us are on recording so that they have the proof as our process is linked with the centre government. So that if they fraud with us then we can take action against them. You please trust on us we will not cheat you. That day call was done by girl named saumya. She said to my daughter you will receive a verification call for the verification of car related to colour, model. As the verification is done you are eligible to win the car and the amount of 20, 000 will be refunded to you in your account and she said that you will not have to pay any amount after this. If anyone says to pay more amount then you will contact me. Then she said that i am going to showroom for booking the car and you will receive a call from there company.

Then my daughter received the call by the companies employee name rajiv then he asked for the colour and the model of the car and he said that you will give the highest updated model of the baleno car 1.2 alpha - at petrol colour is white and they also asked for the number plate numbers of the car that which number you want on the number plate of the car. Then my daughter said that we want this number 2223 or 5023 on the number plate of the car. Then he said that u have to pay 32, 887 for the insurance and 75, 382 for the rto of the car and he said 8, 42, 270 is the showroom price of the car that will paid by the company and 9, 50, 539 is the on road price of the car in which insurance and rto included and the total amount which have u paid is 1, 08, 269 rupees/- for the rto and insurance, this will refunded on 31/03/2018 through check.

After that he said to my daughter as soon as you deposit the amount of 1, 08, 269 rupees for the rto and insurance you will paid cash prize 1, 30, 000 - 3, 60, 000 rupees which is an additional amount of the cash from the company side. Then my daughter said to me and we paid this amount through debit card and he said as soon as you will pay this amount you will get more and more cash prize amount that lies between 1, 30, 000 - 3, 60, 000 as the call is recording and the server is on the time, and they said you have not cut the call as call is on recording you have to hold the call and you have to done the payment by holding the call. I[censored] will take time to pay this amount as the time increases and the amount will decrease of the additional cash prize.

Then he said to my daughter u have listen about the sahara organization which sponsors the indian cricket team matches. Sahara organization has given sponsorship to their company emartsales.in for their contest that will be held on 31/03/2018 and it has signed contract with their company emartsles.in under sahara mukti scheme in which the organization will provide a future amount of 6 lacs for 3 years and also said to my daughter u have chosen as a brand ambassador of their company for three years, according to which if they open the branch of their company in any punjab district then they will call my daughter and invited for the opening ceremony and as the winner of the contest which will be held on 31/03/2018 to show that she is there first winner and they said we will invited whole media so that advertisement given on every channel and social media to show that she is declared as there first winner of the contest that will be held on 31/03/2018.

He said that central government has given this opportunity to held this contest for first time to their company and they got approval from the home ministry for this purpose. They want to do this so that they can expand their business through this advertisement. He said that as other online shopping sites like snapdeal, amazon etc. Are expanding their business through advertisements by celebrities and there company will give this opportunity to my daughter so that they can expand their business and he said that you will be provided the logo of sahara organization and emartsales.in so that i[censored] started any business u have to display these logos as advertisement.

Next day they called again for the verification of the transaction id regarding the payment done by us for rto and insurance amount 1, 08, 269 from the showroom side and he said this amount refunded through the check on 31/03/2018 when you will be awarded by car from there company. Also he said they will organize this event in your city so that more and more people will gathered there and will know about their contest and company that will be held on 31/03/2018. For this he also ask to my daughter from which celebrity you want to take this car then my daughter has not replied. After this the verification is done by the showrooms employee through conference call from the company side.

After that he said your amount will be refunded next day as the verification for car is done by their company and your baleno car has been confirmed by their company as a winning prize and you have to pay no money to their company. Then on 20/03/2018 my daughter has received the call by rajiv and said that today the sahara mukti process of future amount 6 lacs for 3 years will be initiated and the cash prize amount of 3, 46, 835 will be refunded to you by their company and he will transfer the call to regional officer named as mr ajeet for the refund of the amount. Then the regional officer said your call is on recording at the centre government level and you cannot cut the call it will be on hold and the server is on time but to refund this amount you have to pay scanning amount 62, 430 rupees and gst amount 1, 70, 431 rupees so that government will not ask us questions regarding the refunded amount and the car that it is a black money.

Then my daughter denied to pay this amount as we have deposited former amount 1, 08, 269 rupees for rto and insurance but he said that if she will not pay the amount of gst and scanning amount there rto and insurance will not be refunded and the cash prize of 3, 46, 835 rupees and the sahara mukti amount of 6 lacs will not be refunded and he said the amount regarding rto and insurance 1, 08, 269 will be paid through check on 31/03/2018 and after that rajiv and regional officer said that after this amount you will not have to pay any amount it is the last amount.

Then we decided to pay the scanning amount 62, 430 and the gst amount 1, 70, 431 rupees through check. After that the regional officer again said that you have to deposit 2, 08, 304 rupees/- as a security and you have to signed noc and have fulfil the contest form so that customer cannot cheat them.
He said after this amount you will have not to pay any amount this is the last amount and also said that if you will not pay this amount the amount you have paid 1, 08, 269 of rto and insurance and 20, 000 for confirming the prize of the car and 62, 430 as a scanning amount and 1, 70, 430 as a gst amount will not be refunded to you and cash prize 3, 46, 835 and sahara mukti amount 6 lacs not paid to you. My daughter has asked to rajiv that contract has been done by their company with your organization then the signature of the customer on the contract is necessary then he said that the customer has no link with this the only company has to signed the contract with the organization.

As i become to know that they are fraudulent as they are asking to deposit the money again and again then i have decided to not pay this amount of 2, 08, 304 rupees to the company. After this they have not attended our calls and also not refund our money.
Kindly, help us sir regarding this matter as soon as possible and also take a strict action against them as they use government name to cheat the customer we don't know that how many customers are cheated by them. They have also submitted our identification details like adhaar card, pan card license by saying that they are link to government and they are doing this for security purpose and also the transactions done by the company account section by the guy name raman gulati.

Sir i am forwarding all the mails regarding this and enclosing the company’s phone numbers with this mail which i have received. I am a retired employee and lost all the money which i have received, kindly help as earlier as possible and please take a look to this matter.
