Respected sir / madam,

Attach scan copy my dd no (005867).

Have applied for part withdrawal of my pf for the purpose of “purchase of house”. All ready submitted retain to pf office to thane dd no (005867) rs. 27, 000 (Rupees twenty seven thousand).

I foul-up pf officer but not any response. Please reply.

This is in reference to my application for part withdrawal of pf.

Myself, rajesh narayan gurav (Uan no.[protected], pf no. Ththa[protected] have applied for part withdrawal of my pf for the purpose of “purchase of house”. This application was submitted on 05/01/2018 (Acknowledgement copy is attached herewith)

The amount claimed in this application was rs. 270, 000 (Rupees two lakh seventy thousand only); but the amount transferred to my account is rs. 27, 000 (Rupees twenty seven thousand). This amount was credited to my account on 24/01/2018.

I have approached the pf office multiple times since 24/01/2018 but have not received any update. The lady there claims that the form was submitted for only rs. 27000. Hence i re-submitted a new form (As per her recommendation) to claim the additional amount (Attached is the acknowledgement for the second form). Post this also, i visited the pf office to get an update, but every time i go there they internally discuss about some “d. P” to be retrieved from the bunch of documents.

It is more than one and a half month for my initial submission. I humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at your earliest. I require this amount as early as possible as i have to pay the same to the builder.

    I resigned my job and applied for withdrawal of my pf but those useless staff have deducted my amount unnecessarily and paid me. From my pf amount rs. 5002 was deducted and from my pension account rs.1208 was deducted. When asked those # replied that rs.5002 was deducted towards tds and i must take that amount filing for refund. The fact is that i had submitted form 15-g and even then they have deducted 10% when they have given only rs.3685 interest and deducted rs.5002 as tds how can they eat into my hard earned money and god knows for who's satisfaction they ate rs.1208 from my pension account.

      My name is jaikisan shirish chumble, an ex employee of convergys, pune trying to withdraw my epf online, but epfo website tells me get my date of joining and exit to be updated by my employer, which is already updated by my employer. I have sent lot of emails to the employee helpdesk at epfo but i get only 1 reply to tell my employer to get the details updated. I don't what else to do. Please help

          I have submitted documents on 01-03-18 in epf office as well as received confirmation sms that we have received request for pf withdrawal.
          And till todate it's still showing under process[protected].

          This is a height of harassing of indian citizens.
          Our system can never change even government has change time to time.

            I was trying to register my pan details through e-kyc in epfo members portal. When i clicked save button it throws error saying "error while pan authentication. Could not send message". Even though my details were uniform throughout all the three uan; pan & aadhaar still the epfo website throws the same error for more than 2 months.

            I need to withdraw my pf amount for an emergency medical operation for which i'm supposed to get it done by last month itslef and i have no other source for money except this.

            I've contacting & sharing all my details to my employer since my releiving for more than 20 months to withdraw my pf; but still as of today (19-mar-2018) my pf amount was not got credited to my account.

            When i tried to register the grievance through epfigms portal it was not showing any token number/acknowledgement number at all. I think this portal was also having some issue.

            On the other hand when i tried to sort it out through epfo portal but i'm facing lot of trouble with this portal issue. Both physically & mentally my health was also getting deteriorating day by day. Please someone help me to get out of this terrible ir-responsive situation.

I have applied 3 time withdrawal 1st time self which is rejected due to not updated of adhar card then i update all info in e4e and apply through organisation but they didn't give any response or sometimes shouted on me that they have no responsibilty to withdrawal their responsibility is only submitting the form i have tried so many time through online but there is showing error "details of previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed". Please suggest what should i do for my previous organisation pf withdrawal/ transfer.

                I have raised a claim on 27th february, 2018. After a week i got sms that the claim has been settled and the amount will be credited in 3-4 working days in my given bank account. But now it is more than a 15 days, i have not received any amount in my bank account. I tried to contact the customer care number, but its never answerable. My uan number is[protected]. Please settle it asap.

                  I had requested for transfer of my epf and eps amount from previous employer to new account. The cheque was deposited in epfo sro vashi on 20th march 2016. The same was realised too. However, till date it has not been credited to my account. I have approached through thier grievance cell, and my employer. All the efforts are gone to waste.

                  Please arrange to credit the amount to my account asap. I am in need of that money urgently.

                          On 14th feb 2018 i applied for advance epf claim, on 23rd feb 2018 i got message that my claim settleled and sent via neft. Same will be credited in 3 days. But it is more 21 days no money credited in my bank account. But the claimed amount got deducted from my epf passbook and showing withdrawal in employee share.
                          But till date i have not received any update regarding my claim amount. My pf office is in kandavali. Malad mumbai, they also not replying anything and helping in finding out the status of my withdrawal amount. What should i do. Whom should i contact, who can help me out to resolve this, i am very tensed about my money as claim amount was 2 lakhs.

                            It has been two years since i initiated pf transfer from my previous employer to current employer. Waited patiently for so long after multiple calls/emails to pf office.

                            Raised an rti and found out that cheque has been encashed by kr puram office but still passbook hasn't been updated.

                            Raised rti twice, first appeal twice still my pf passbook isn't updated.

                            All the necessary documents/ attachments/ details/ cheque# with date etc.. Is provided to pf office.

                            Officials have been bouncing the case between different pf offices.

                            Is this how government officials help the citizens?

                            Need a solution asap.

                              I had raised claim in form 31 as epfo advance, it is still showing settled with 47100 rs, or also shows in withdrawal section also but still it is not transfer in my account, all formalities being fulfilled but there is no any response from epfo help desk I had raised mail against the same four days ago but there is no response after so many reminders also.

                                I am not getting pension from July'17 onward, as I have submitted life certificate bio-metrically/digitally authenticated of both myself and my son, but the pension amount is credited to my son's account regularly. Please look into the matter at the earliest as a poor woman I am depending the pension amount only. For your reference my PPO No. is OR/BAM/00012676 and SBI Account No.[protected] and [protected].                                       This is regarding wrong bank account number given in epf online claim portal. Due to this must if the persons are not getting their claim amount in their account. But initially while making g kyc. And while filling claim application portal only ask to verify last four digits of bank account number. Which every body is checking. Also all kyc are verified in portal like pan card aadhar card are verified by uidai and itd, then no question of wrong bank account should be their in epf portal. Whst is the use of linking all kyc before saying for online claim. But still most of the cases found claim settled but amount snot credited in the person account due to wring account number and ifsc code. If aadhar, is linked with bank account. And bank account is linked with pan card then why this wrong account issue is raising in epf claim portal.
