Hi sir/madam, I am Rajesh Kumar.I submit my epf claim form in your local hisar office on date 8/12/15.after one month I have online checked my self withdrawal status. It looks like my epf form has been rejected. Reason of rejection is not available in database. Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was, because of that they rejected my form? My of number is GNRTK[protected]. Claim id:- GNRTK[protected] Status:- Claim form 19 for pf settlement against member ACC. Number(GNRTK[protected] has been rejected.rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form. But sir, the epf claim form is not reached in my home address& company address. Please look in this matter.
