[Resolved] Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — in uan portal, it says claim is settled but not credited to my account | |||
Dear sir/madam, My uan#[protected] I have applied for my pf settlement claim through uan portal online. My bank account details are available in uan portal and it is verified. When i checked for my pf claim status in uan portal, it says "claim settled". The following message is displayed in the epfo claim status portal. Claim form-19 (Epf final settlement) (Resign) claim id-tbtam[protected] member id-tbtam[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on - 01-mar-18 via neft. Claim form-10c (Eps withdrawal/sc) (Withdrawal benefit / scheme certificate) claim id-tbtam[protected] member id-tbtam[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on - 01-mar-18 via neft. It says the claim is settled but till today the amount is not credited to my account. It looks like either the neft transaction is not yet initiated or it may have failed.
